Jim and Rose blend years of Sales/Marketing, Real Estate and Business Management into a Professional Team.

Rose interrupted her Real Estate career for a year to serve as a Housing Counselor for a non-profit organization.  her bi-lingual skills along with the counseling background offers unique abilities to the diverse Las Vegas real estate market. Rose is a member of the Latin Chamber of Commerce, the Latina Network and Treasurer of the Boricua Association of Nevada and has completed all the requirements to be designated an ABR, Accredited Buyers Realtor®.

Jim's business background includes many years of Executive Sales/Marketing responsibility for Fortune 500 companies as well as 10-years entrepreneurial experience as President/CEO of small businesses.  This combination of corporate and small business experience provides the clientele with invaluable expertise in business planning, profit and strategic marketing.  Jim has been involved in sales/marketing to the Las Vegas Valley for 30-years and a resident since 1993.
